Hired to do a dryer vent cleaning at my condo I recently purchased. They provided a great discount price for the whole complex. When they completed the cleaning they found that my dryer vent had been separated and could not be cleaned properly ... and even worse the dryer was venting into the open space between my ceiling and the exit point for the vent. What a huge fire hazard and dangerous situation. Jeremy was great and set up a follow up appointment the next morning with their specialist to have the area video inspected to determine the exact problem. He provided me a more than fair quote for the repair and they returned everyday to complete the repairs - which required the ceiling to be cut, the vent piping to be connected, the ceiling patched, taped, sanded, and painted. A ton of detail work that was completed fantastically! Although all this work would have been covered under my home warranty, I felt much better having Jeremy and his staff complete the work and even with all the work required he maintained his quoted price. I referred them out to another friend and they provided same day quick service for a great price. I highly recommend for any work you may need for your vents. Thanks Jeremy for taking the extra step to finish this job in such a quick and thorough manner!

This family run business is great! They know the meaning of customer first. Jeremy and staff spent time trying to figure out where the clog was in our dryer vent. Have a condo built in 1970's, built on slab. They figured out how the duct was run through the slab and were able to get all the buildup cleaned out. Very thorough. Needed to make a couple of trips and always kept in touch to let me know status. Great effort, not to mention the reasonable price for what they did. Definitely recommend them.

I knew we had some issues with our dryer duct and after finding pretty solidly packed lint build-up in our old galvanized duct. I was convinced we needed to replace the 20 ft. run of dryer duct. Ugly Duct convinced me to let them clean it out first to save some money - glad I listened to them. They not only thoroughly cleaned the duct but managed to get the dryer exhaust sections completely clean where my wife and I had struggled to do so in the past. Dryer run times have dropped dramatically, saving us money & time and so far, I am not seeing rapid build-up of lint in the dryer duct like I thought I would.
